Hobbies

I enjoy playing and watching sports, especially soccer. I also enjoy various types of music and have played the piano and guitar for more than 15 years. Besides sports and music, one of the main activities that I enjoy to take part in is teaching. It is a great way to apply what I have learned and it gives me great satisfaction to see students have the 'aha' moment, when I explain difficult concepts in ways that are easier to understand. My philosophy for tutoring is to first establish a comfortable environment in which the student is not afraid to ask questions and then to challenge the student appropriately. With struggle comes progress and I always provide encouragement and motivation that, from past experiences, has led to positive end results. Contact me if you would like to understand my personality and approach for tutoring better, I enjoy getting to know new people!
