I am currently taking a leave of absence to earn tuition for my second bachelors at USC in Business Administration. In the past year, I have worked as an elementary school after school English teacher, academic/college admissions consultant, and SAT/ACT/TOEFL instructor for multiple institutions. I have experience in teaching children of all levels, from kindergartners to college students. I specialize in reading and writing for all ages. I am quite well rounded in teaching and have over 5 years of tutoring experience under my belt for various subjects. However I have been told by former employers that my strongest skills lie in teaching ESL and guiding the college admissions essay process. My personal unique speciality is creating and advising personally curated extracurricular projects for students to differentiate themselves for college admissions. This was my main job at the previous institution I worked at and was at one point leading 8 different projects that I created, some with over 15 participating students.
