Education
I graduated from University High School in Irvine, CA in the Spring of 2013 with a 3.7 GPA. I am currently a freshmen at the University of Texas at Austin and majoring in aerospace engineering. I am currently back in Orange County until late August as part of my summer break.
Experience
I have tutored my sister and her friends before in areas such as math and science. During my years in high school, I have mentored children from 2nd to 5th grade in math, science, and nutrition through an organization called Kids On Track. I have also worked at Baskin Robbins in my senior year of high school. From these experiences, I think I have a good understanding of what is the best way to teach someone, and how to communicate efficiently and properly to people of all ages. I earned a 33 on the ACT and more specifically a 35 on the math section. I got a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam and earned an A in my Calc 2 and Calc 3 courses at the University of Texas. I got a 3.7 and 4.0 GPA the last two semesters. I have taken math classes up to and including Differential Equations (Calculus 3).
