I major in Business Administration. I am currently attending Irvine Valley College. I am also planning to transfer in 2016. I have completed AP Chinese and AP Exam with a score of 5 in high school.
Experience
-immigrated to United States at age of 12 from China. -tutor Chinese/U.S History at University High School (2yrs) -took AP Chinese as well as the Exam(score 5) -third place nationwide middle school writing contest in China -few writings published on local newspapers -second place in Southern California Chinese Calligraphy contest -tutored Chinese outside of school about half year -currently taking Japanese 1 at IVC. Understand what it is like to learn a new language -do not teach like regular tutors -find ways that fits best for students rather than a teaching system -deals with Chinese everyday
