I am a third year Biological Sciences major at University of Irvine, California. Current Science GPA of 3.7.
Experience
I have tutored multiple students of all age groups from elementary to college-level for the past three years. I have also recently taken my MCAT, scoring in the 90th percentile of the world where over 100,000 people have taken the same test. I have gotten A's in all of the Chemistry series, Introductory Biology, Biochemistry, and Calculus. I love being a tutor, and believing that I can help those that ask of me. I am a very firm believer that hard work and dedication greatly surpass innate ability, and I am willing to put in countless hours to make sure a topic is mastered.I believe every individual is different, and so how someone is taught is different between two individuals. There is, however, one similarity that everyone loves to laugh. I normally try and make an above conscious effort to tie in the necessary topics with my hearty sense of humor. I have learned from multiple past experiences and happy reviews that students tend to retain more if there was a joke or a funny scenario tied to the subject. I also offer my first session free!
