Education
I graudated from the Univeristy of California, Irvine with a degree in Biological Sciences. My GPA was in the top ten perecent in my class.
Experience
I have tutored over 100 students at the middle school, high school, and college level in math and science. I also worked as a peer tutor at the University of California, Irvine and tutored college level genetics, biochemistry, and molecular biology. I have worked with a variety of students with various learning speeds and learning styles, and have learned to adapt my teaching techniques to best help each individual student. My evaluation scores and comments from my students were among the top for all of the peer tutors, and I can happily provide a copy of the evaluations upon request. I had been working as a research assistant at Stanford University until I recently relocated to Irvine. I will be starting medical school next fall, and am looking to help students with their education until then!
