I'm a UC Irvine student studying biology. I became interested in the sciences as a middle school student, when I realized that the sciences could explain the questions I had about the world around me. This has inspired me to pursue my degree and to understand subjects like physics, chemistry, and biology. I look at learning individual science subjects as a way to get one piece of a very large puzzle, which takes into consideration the interconnected nature of science disciplines. As a tutor, I've also helped students prepare for standardized tests, and my students have improved their scores significantly. When I have some free time, I like to listen to music, play music, ride my bike, play soccer, and read.
