Education
I went to Irvine High School and graduated in 2010. I forget what GPA I had, and I can't look it up on the internet (I don't think) I went to Irvine Valley College after graduating high school. I ended up transferring to UC Irvine with a 3.85 GPA. I got an A in every math class I took. At Irvine Valley College, I took: College Algebra Trigonometry Pre-Calculus Calculus 1 Calculus 2 Calculus 3 Differential Equations Linear Algebra Statistics I currently attend UC Irvine and I have a 3.72 GPA. All classes I have taken so far have been math classes. At UC Irvine I have taken classes in Number Theory, Abstract Algebra, Linear Algebra, Numerical Analysis, Differential Equations, and Geometry.
Experience
I have been tutoring for about 5 years now. For 3 of those 5 years, I have been tutoring at Irvine Valley College's math center. Unfortunately, I have no SAT or ACT scores. I simply wanted to go to junior college after high school, so I did not make efforts to impress top, big name schools. I am glad that I chose this route though, because going to junior college allowed me to get a job at the math tutoring center at Irvine Valley College. The math tutoring center at Irvine Valley College has a lot of students come in, and they all have questions about their homework, or they need help studying for their exams. These students have all types of different personalities and all types of different learning styles. In addition to this, they are also from all types of classes. On a typical shift in the Math Center at IVC, I am be there with two co-workers, and we all have to go around catering to each student's need, and answer all their math related questions. Working in this type of environment has given me exposure to all sorts of different math problems, and difficult questions, as well as adapting to different personality types and learning styles. I think I have good experience in tutoring due to my experience at IVC. I also still work there, and I never stop learning.

Hobbies
To be honest, my only hobby is to study the Bible. However, I understand that there are many people who do not share this same interest, so I try not to force conversations down the religious route, even though I think religion is an interesting conversation topic. I also have an interest in math, which is what I usually talk about with others, because it is my job to have conversations about mathematics.
