Bonjour! My name is Meroe. I grew up and was living and studding in Paris, I am an experienced and a passionate French Teacher. To devote my life and my work for Teaching French, after a Bachelor’s in “French Translation and Interpretation” I did my Master Degree in “French Modern Literature” in the prestigious Sorbonne University. Then, I specialized in the field of Teaching French as a second language (FLE). I am the Owner of "Mero French Academy" in Irvine and we serve hundreds of students in Orange County. I have loved Teaching French since 1998 to people of all ages and levels and I have worked with hundreds of students in their pursuit of Learning French Language and my students have gone on to develop a deep love of French Language. I approach clients with empathy, encouragement and joy and will coach you to hit your goals. Within the first few lessons, you'll start speaking simple sentences and as time goes on, you'll be able to conjugate like a pro! I provide an in-depth learning experience filled with productive exercises, meaningful advice and plenty of direct support and encouragement. I know that French can be challenging at times. I have a lot of patience and always keep an encouraging attitude. I am confident in my ability to improve anybody's language skills. I love working with students on their writing and preparing for standardized tests. I take time to evaluate my students individual learning styles and goals. I always make sure that my students feel completely comfortable with learning a new language. There is nothing more rewarding to me than when a student's hard work is rewarded with a huge improvement or when they get the A on that essay we spent days perfecting.
